Tendai Beast Mtawarira is a retired 14 year rugby veteran. He is widely considered as one of the best to have played his position. On the field he won some of the most coveted accolades, chief among them, the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Beast belongs in an exclusive group of elite rugby players who have played 100 or more international games - only 77 players from 13 different countries have achieved this feat in history.
Mtawarira is passionate about youth education, youth engagement and using sports for good and has established his own Foundation, the Beast Foundation, to further those goals.
He has transitioned successfully into the business world and is the CEO of security company Umlindi
